ALC Launches Manager In Training Program

La Canada Flintridge, Calif., April 23, 2008 -- Allen Lund, Allen Lund Company president and founder, announced a new internal training program, Manager In Training (MIT). "As our company has grown and we prepare for the future, the need for more branch managers has arisen," said Lund, "I started this company with the philosophy that our employees are our greatest asset and the MIT program will create an internal pool for management positions throughout the company."
The goals of the MIT program are to develop an internal pool of management candidates to support the future business needs of the Allen Lund Company; design an effective training program for management-inclined employees to enable them to reach their career goals with the company; create a practical program that capitalizes on the strengths of our current managers.
"Rewarding employees for their hard work and providing opportunities for growth have always been a priority for the Allen Lund Company," Lund concluded.
The first group of accepted candidates will begin their training on July 1, 2008.
