What is your recruiting process like and what is the general timeline?
The recruiting process for the Allen Lund Company is highly competitive. The recruitment staff screens all resumes and only those candidates that most closely fit the job requirements will be contacted for an initial interview. Applicants with the highest potential to meet our needs will be forwarded to our hiring department for further review and consideration. All finalists are subject to a thorough background check; therefore our average timeline is about 3 weeks.Once I apply, how will I know that you have received my application and resume?
Upon submitting your complete application and resume, you will receive an acknowledgement from our Recruiting Department.Please do not contact our sales offices; they do not have your information at this point, and doing so will only delay the recruiting process.
How long will it take before I am contacted to schedule an interview?
If your skills and abilities match an open position, the Recruiting Department will contact you for an initial interview. For most positions this usually happens within the first week after submitting your application.
