Paid Time Off...
From your first day of employment with the Allen Lund Company, you will begin earning paid time off for vacation and sick leave. In your first year of full-time employment you will earn two weeks vacation and one week of sick leave. After five years of continuous employment, you will earn three weeks of vacation, and four weeks after fifteen years of continuous employment.

Each employee is important to us. We provide time off to attend to personal and family needs according to our personal leave programs.
Paid Bereavement Leave...
In the event of the death of an immediate or close non-immediate family member, we provide paid time off as designated in our Funeral and Bereavement Leave policy.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan and Trust...
Elect to defer 1% - 100% of your compensation, on a pretax basis. We match $.40 for every $1.00 you invest, up to 15% of your annual compensation, not to exceed IRS maximums. You create your own investment portfolio using the 12 funds we currently offer.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan...
Once you have completed three years of service by the fiscal year end, you may be offered the option to purchase stock in the Allen Lund Corporation. The offering is at the discretion of the Board of Directors and is based on your length of service and annual compensation.
Health Care Spending Account...
Allows you to set aside up to $15,000 per calendar year to pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses through a pretax payroll deduction. We offer easy to use debit cards, weekly check runs, 24/7 online access to your personal account, and automatic deposit of reimbursement checks.
Dependent Care Spending Account...
Allows you to set aside up to $5,000 per calendar year to pay for dependent care expenses.
Medical Coverage...
At no cost to the employee, we provide BlueCross PPO insurance to our employees and their eligible dependents. We have an 80/20 plan with zero in-network deductible.
Dental Coverage...
At no cost to the employee, we provide dental insurance to our employees and their eligible dependents. Our plan covers all dental procedures as well as orthodontia.
Vision Coverage...
At no premium cost to the employee, we provide vision insurance to our employees and their eligible dependents. Based on our set payment schedule, our vision plan covers eye care including corrective surgery.
Short Term Disability...
At no cost to the employee, we provide short term disability insurance to our employees. If you are unable to work due to disability, following a seven day waiting period, our plan provides 80% of your pre-disability salary for the first 90 days and 60% for the next 90 days.
Long Term Disability...
At no cost to the employee, we provide long term disability insurance. Commences on 181st day of continuous disability, immediately following short term disability, our plan provides 60% of your Annual Earnings (base salary plus bonus) With this plan, all benefits received are taxable.
Optional Long Term Disability...
Commences on 181st day of continuous disability, immediately following short term disability, our plan provides 60% of your Annual Earnings (base salary plus bonus) The employee pays the monthly premium through a payroll deduction. With this plan, all benefits received are non-taxable.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment...
At no cost to the employee, we provide your family financial protection in the event of accidental death or dismemberment. Our plan provides one and one-half times your annual earnings up to a maximum benefit of $200,000.
Life Insurance...
At no cost to the employee, we provide your family financial protection in the event of your death. Our plan provides one and one-half times your annual earnings up to a maximum benefit of $200,000.
