Our services provide a detailed history of all orders, enhanced by detailed communication (personal & electronic) among all stake holders on a live basis. We provide a fully integrated customized website built to customer specification.  Provisions are made for core carrier management, maintenance and comparison, as well as rate negotiation and/or enforcement of customer negotiated rates. We provide custom reporting with trend analysis, benchmarking services, claim management, carrier invoice auditing and complete carrier payment services. All can be performed remotely from our corporate headquarters in La Canada, CA, any of our 30 nationwide locations or on-site shoulder to shoulder with our customers as warranted.
