The Allen Lund Company is pleased to announce the promotions of Ryan Stephenson to Vice President of Sales and Account Management and Jeremy McGovern to Vice President of Sales and Operations.
Ryan Stephenson joined ALC in 2007, working on the operations side of the Charleston office before being promoted to Senior Director of Sales, overseeing ALC’s entire sales team. As Vice President of Sales and Account Management he will continue to oversee ALC’s sales efforts and assume leadership responsibilities over National Accounts.
Jim McGuire, Executive Vice President, said, “Ryan’s promotion is the culmination of years of outstanding performance and leadership. He rose through the ranks in our Charleston office, bringing in several top-tier customers before earning a promotion to Senior Director of Sales. Ryan has led our sales team with unbridled enthusiasm, a tireless work ethic, and a passion for winning. I look forward to working closely with him as he leads our sales organization and national accounts into the future.”
Ryan stated, “I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role. Since joining ALC nearly 20 years ago, I’ve been privileged to work with and be supported by practically every sales and support office in the company. I am constantly reminded of how exceptional our company is, and I have so many people throughout the company to thank. I also owe a great deal to our executive leadership and the Lund family for their continued trust and support. I look forward to aligning our marketing, sales, and account management vision and driving long-term growth for ALC.”
Jeremy joined the company in 2007 and was promoted to General Manager of the Savannah office in 2014. He most recently served as the GM of ALC Los Angeles from 2021 to 2026 before being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Operations. In his new role, he will oversee several office branches and focus on special projects related to AI implementation.
Jim McGuire shared, “Jeremy’s promotion to Vice President is a well-earned reflection of his tremendous work ethic, natural sales ability, and leadership. Those qualities led to his promotion to GM of Savannah in 2014, where he energized the team and built a highly successful office. His success earned him the opportunity to lead our Los Angeles office in 2021, and he has continued to make a significant impact ever since. Congratulations, Jeremy, on this well-deserved promotion.
Jeremy remarked, “I’m honored and excited to step into this role. I owe a great deal to my team, my fellow GMs, and the leadership group who have supported me and pushed me to think bigger over the years. I look forward to bringing that same energy to the company as a whole, finding new ways to help our people, our customers, and our carriers succeed.”
