The Allen Lund Company will be exhibiting at the 2023 Mid America Trucking Show from Thursday, March 30 to Saturday, April 1. This year will mark the 17th time ALC has attended.
MATS has a long history, beginning as a humble gathering held in just one wing of the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY in 1972. The first show hosted 83 exhibitors and 4,000 attendees.
This year, the show will take up the entirety of the Kentucky Exposition Center and is expected to feature over 900 exhibitors and drawn crowds of over 60,000 people. Attractions range from exhibits on the latest industry technology, education panels, and a concert.
“As the ALC Director of Carrier Development, I have found that MATS is an excellent forum to meet and greet the carriers and drivers that make it all happen. The many conversations are an opportunity to understand their concerns, successes and suggestions. I’m looking forward to our meeting at the 2023 MATS!”, Bill Bess stated, explaining the importance of attending the show.
